Warm-up
Every class begins with a 3-5 minute warm-up to prepare the body for the movement ahead.

Conditioning
Every class is a Total Body workout (Upper & Lower Body & Core). Each move can be modified for lower intensity to meet all fitness levels.

Cool-down
Every class finishes with an extended cool-down. An often skipped PART of exercise, stretching is important For improving performance and reducing injury.
